To hire the room:
From 7:30pm - £250
(includes chair covers. White covers are used for weddings. Black covers for everything else)
Before 7:30pm - £30 an hour
The prices displayed above also act as your deposit to secure you booking, the prices also include the function room bar and staff. We also supply table cloths in blue, black or white at NO extra charge.
Dressing the room for weddings
A charge of £200 to have the room the day before the function for dressing. A charge of £50 for dressing the room before 11:30am on the day of the wedding.

Unfortunately we cannot allow customers to supply their own DJ.
Karaoke is not available.
Personal devices and in-house PA System:
Fixed price of £50
(If you do not wish to hire our DJ, you can bring your own device i.e laptop, mobile or tablet to play your own music via our professional PA system the price mentioned above, also includes disco lighting.
*Please note if you use a device to play music, it must have an AUX port as our PA System does not have Bluetooth capabilities. We are also a family friendly pub. For parking please call and ask.
The deposit must be made on booking the room and is non-refundable. The Sailmakers Arms must receive payments for all costs listed above and a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the function. Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card, in person or over the phone. If you decide to have the PA system, you can bring in your own device to play your music through. We will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your equipment. Only members off staff are allowed to touch the PA system, if you do not create your own playlist a generic playlist will be available. However, the bar staff will not be able to take requests or change the playlist. Decorations on tables and up to 5ft high on walls are permitted. Confetti and balloons containing confetti are not permitted in any way shape or form. If it is found to be used there will be a cleaning up charge of £100. PLEASE NOTE THAT LAST ORDERS ARE CALLED AT 11:15PM AND TIME AT 11:30PM. WE WILL ASK YOU TO VACATE THE ROOM AT 11:50PM. THIS IS VALID FOR ALL FUNCTIONS AND CANNOT BE CHANGED. Chair covers and tablecloths are provided. Chair covers and table cloths come in white for weddings and black as standard.
